It seems there is a mistake because you haven't booked any Inca Trail with our company. If you had done it, you would have received a confirmation email with all the information and your purchase number. We heven't found any booking with your name. If you have your reservation number and confirmation email, please let us know. Please check carefully before booking for your friends because you won't be in the same group if you did not book with us.

We have check several times and we don't have any reservation on your name or your friends' name. None of you have booked with us the trek or any other service. Maybe Mr. Sciberras booked through another agency and doesn't remember which one.

If he had book with us, it would be easy to retrieve our confirmation email and reservation number. Just enter his email on this page and he will receive that information (on the section Lost your information? ): http://www.inca-trail.com.pe/customer/index.php?lg=en . If he doesn't it means he didn't book with us, as I am telling you.
